Lead Consultants assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP IS-Retail module; Utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business; Provide guidance for design alternatives, Communicate with his/her team and across other functional and technical teams of the project, Surfacing, documenting and resolving issues on a timely basis, Coaching the team to be more effective and contribute to positive morale, Setting expectations for area of responsibility, establishing priorities, and documenting potential scope changes that may impact project and budget and timetable.

Candidate Must Have :
* SAP IS-Retail merchandising package implementation involving package enabled business transformation
* Full life-cycle SAP Retail implementation experience must include design/blueprint experience of SAP Retail merchandising and supply chain functionality
* Subject matter expertise in 2 or more of the following process: Master data maintenance, Purchasing, Pricing and Promotion, Allocation & Replenishment, Inventory Management
* 3 yrs merchandising business process experience
* 2 Full Life Cycle Implementations
