RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Manage team of compliance professionals:
o Advising clients on compliance with the Securities Act, Securities Exchange Act, Advisers Act and other applicable regulatory directives
o Advising on and reviewing firm marketing and advertising materials for compliance with the Advisers Act and other applicable regulatory requirements
Assist clients in the performance of compliance functions, such as oversight of personal trading, email review, the monitoring of firm trading activities and maintaining restricted lists
Preparation and filing of required regulatory filings, for US and international clients
Review of client and account documentation for anti-money laundering compliance
Review, assess, devise, and conduct training of our clients' employees and management, according to client needs, particularly regarding the Advisers Act, including training on insider trading, custody, conflicts of interest (i.e. allocations, Pay-to-Play, gifts and entertainment, and cross trades), and valuation
Design and monitor testing systems to insure the efficacy of controls and surveillance programs, including the consultation and implementation of relevant technology and technology infrastructure

• At least 2 years of experience with Warehouse Management or Distribution Systems REQUIRED DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE
• At least 2 years of experience performing Quality Analysis and Testing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Power Point
 
PLUSSES
• Knowledge of IBM System i (AS/400) platform and DB2i concepts
• Knowledge of Web Applications, GUI Navigation
• Knowledge of SQL or any other data query language
• Knowledge of any testing tools like QC or QTP
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
• Review and analyze Functional Analysis Design documents (FAD) to validate for clarity, correctness and user flow
• Write test cases against the functionality described in the FAD
• Participate in software requirements gathering sessions
• Work with developers to understand technical design changes and update the test scripts
• Execute test plans when software is delivered (this includes standards, new user, functional and interface testing.
• Provide well written, step by step documentation with screen shots when logging issues
• Assist with go live and post go live support (issue validation – liaison between operations and development staff on bugs found in production)
• Track and Maintain failed tests cases for retesting
• Perform regression testing after any major coding changes are installed
• Provide assistance with maintaining the user manuals (if needed)
• Ability to travel to our warehouse locations for assisting with go lives, as required (up to 25%).

RESPONSIBILITIES
 
- Lead and deliver client engagements that identify, design and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies
- Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement
- Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance
- Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities
- Can lead small engagements or components of large, complex engagements
 
REQUIREMENTS:
 
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 3-5 years of Management Consulting experience with the ability to show - significant client impact and results from those engagements. MBA or Master's Degree candidates with less relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Ability to clearly communicate business solutions and the value of those solutions to the client; both in written executive summary form and through platform presentations
- Must show proficiency with process re-design, project management methodologies and business requirement gathering techniques
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Project Server, including implementation, configuration, and administration is a plus
- EPM domain knowledge and an understanding of broader technology and software design methodologies is a plus. End-to-end project management, portfolio management or enterprise project/application portfolio management solutions experience is also a plus
