Job Description:	Senior Mortgage Analyst  Department: Investment and Portfolio Management Location: New York   Function: Select, value, price and negotiate the purchase of MBS, and other mortgage related product as authorized by ALMC and specified by the Director.  Propose funding strategies for investments and the portfolio. Maintain the Bank's MBS, and other securities databases.  This includes data entry, data integrity, determining necessary fields of information and amending database structure accordingly.   Requirements: BA/BS in Finance.  MBA in Finance or CFA preferred. (but not required) Experience with MBS market, Derivatives, Project Management, and Database Management. Capable of valuing and pricing mortgage products using sophisticated financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, application such as Yieldbook)
