Individual will be responsible for assisting with the facilitation and integration of business processes within a fast paced technology environment.  The person will assist with the integration of both third party vendor solutions and propriety systems pertaining to middle and back office support departments; specifically Corporate Finance and Human Resources.

 

Responsibilities/Duties:

§         Work directly with clients at all levels within the organization and with outside parties to identify operational business requirement with sufficient detail and clarity to allow IT solution development.

§         Accountable for providing leadership and independent initiatives in facilitating and conducting information gathering structured documentation and presentation of findings.

§         Applies business knowledge in the analysis of client requirements in project areas such as: IT testing and product acceptance, new business operating models with innovative approaches to IT solutions support, research of emerging or available product functionality, and operational readiness assessments.

§         Occasionally participates in cross-functional task forces to identify and document functional requirements, workflow, information sources and distribution paths, and system specification.

§         Assist with evaluating existing application products, which could address client requirements and develops recommendations where appropriate.

§         Assist with developing comprehensive business cases with cost, service, benefit dimensions of proposed IT projects that are used at executive levels for funding and scope decisions.

 

Competencies:

§         Experience with information systems development or implementation in a client service oriented environment required.

§         Demonstrated experience in analysis, documentation and presentation tools required.

§         Experience in a financial management company and middle/back office environment.

§         Strong oral and written communication skills.

§         Five plus years of experience in direct related field.

 

Academic Qualifications (minimum requirements):

Undergraduate degree in related field.
