Operations Tech - AVP level - 120 base or so plus bonus
Team Leader to work on the Prime Broker New Initiative Project - Strong Financial experience required
 •  Responsible for the management of one or more related mid-sized, modestly complex projects
 •  Provides overall direction for deadlines for assigned initiatives
 •  Typically manages small to medium size teams
 •  Responsibility for understanding project goals, technical and business requirements
 •  Ensures project objectives are met
 •  Leads team members and manages performance standards
 •  Liaison with business partners for changes and testing of projects
 •   Steers projects in the right direction and implement the project plans accordingly
 •  Responsible for project plans, budget and general cost management
 •  Accountable to the Project Manager

Technical Skills Required:
Unix/Linux
Relational Databases (Sybase, UDB, etc)
Java
Tibco and JMS messaging
Technical Skills Strongly Preferred:
Perl
ETL (Informatica)
EII (composite)
XML
Spring or Tibco GI (AJAX)
Workflow tools (Business works, staffware)
General knowledge of Project Life Cycle
Personal traits:
Good communication skills
Motivated
Self-starter
Organized
