Leads and manages performance results in a fast-paced environment for a team of 150+ associates and 8-10 supervisors. Performance expectations include exemplary customer service, expansion of customer relationships through profiling and cross-selling resulting in booked sales in excess of $250MM annually, and efficient use of human resources as measured through workforce software. Requirements include a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of proven management experience. Call center management and banking knowledge is preferred.
Candidate Must Have :

* Proven Sales experience in a Call Center environment
* Call Center Management experience
