Help Desk for NYC Hedge Fund
1) Help Desk – NY (full time)
· Experience with Blackberry OS and BES Server
· Candidate should be able to navigate Active Directory, such as adding group memberships, resetting passwords, disable user accounts
· Familiar with VoIP technology including Cisco Call Manager and Unity Voice Mail software
· Familiarity with Cisco network equipment and basic functionality
· Strong troubleshooting experience with Office Suite and Windows XP
· Trade Floor experience strongly preferred
· Experience with HP printers including digital sending software configuration
· Familiarity with Dell and IBM hardware
· Strong Trading applications experience with Reuters and Bloomberg
