Job Description:	Job Title: Senior Project Manager - New York Department: Retail Niche Location: New York, NY Experience: We are currently looking for Senior Project Managers with 10-15 years of experience in construction or construction related fields. Proven experience managing others and experience managing a variety of complex projects in a rapidly growing organization is critical. Flexibility to travel is needed. As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the following: -Taking an active role in and guiding jobs and job teams in each phase including pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction services. -Collaborating with Estimating and Purchasing in set up of projects to insure profitability, client satisfaction and the selection of best subs for the job. -Achieving financial control and profit goals for each project. -Using financial reporting data to quickly identify potential and existing issues that could lead to sub par financial performance; immediately address these issues. -Developing, nurturing, and maintaining ongoing client, architect, subcontractor, and industry (landlords, brokers, etc) relationships reinforcing the company's commitment to continuously addressing their needs and interests. Implementing client strategies to insure the delivery of 9's and 10's. -Demonstrating effective relationship building within the project team, the group and throughout The Company. -Establishing annual performance goals for assigned staff and conduct timely and meaningful verbal and written performance evaluations. -Driving the growth and development of project team members. -Serving as a coach and mentor to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers. -Inspiring, educating, and coaching Field Staff to deliver superior client service, profitability.
