Job Description:	Job Title Project Controller Location New York, NY Department Detail Design & Construction Job Description Responsible for full cycle accounting for a number of commercial and/or residential projects including but not limited to                                                              Project cost reporting. Prolog experiences a plus. G/L responsibilities include J/E preparation and input, B/S and ARE review and analysis. Update audit work papers and assist internal and external auditors. Prepare monthly reconciliations for job cost, G/L and bank statements. Prepare monthly Loan Draws and/or equity calls for the project. Analyze and review project cost reports and financial statements. Interface with senior project management in the development activities of assigned projects. Review and input invoices, budget transfers and J/E's. Cash flow projections. Variance analysis. Prepare monthly project and financial reports for assigned projects.     QUALIFICATIONS: Analytical and detail-oriented. Ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner. Ability to work independently. Shows commitment to team objectives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. BS in Accounting. Minimum of five to seven years experience in development accounting.   Job Type Full Time
