We need developers who have hand-one work experiences on Spring/Hibernate/Web Services/Core Java/Multithreading/EJB. I would like to know how many experiences a Candidate has on these fields, also whether the Candidate can implement the solutions with Java/J2EE covering these fields.

Specify what portions of the Spring framework the consultant has experience using? The framework is very large and we’re looking for people with more than just the typical 2 areas (i.e. inversion-of-control aka dependency injection and MVC). We really want people who have experience beyond those 2 areas.

if they have AOP experience with Spring, some specifics as to whether it was only for transactions or whether they have generalized AOP
