Work duties includes:
1. Continuation engineering of the modernization products. Currently we install almost 2000 modernization controllers per year.
2. Assumption of full responsibility for creation and maintenance of the controller documentation including wiring diagram, assembly diagram, Spare Parts Leaflet and guiding solution to obsolescence of components related to control system.
3. Develop working relation with Factory,(Nogales), to support mistake proofing manufacturing process.
4. Work in support of products in field. Enhance and upgrade these systems based their feedback.
5. Maintain and up-keep code and regulatory requirements for MMS and MHS control system by provide system engineering guidance, such as the work that has been done for Uncontrolled Motion or the pending In-Car Stop Switch requirement.
6. Coordinate all agency certification, (CSA / CE / TUV / UL), testing of components and maintaining and developing of working relationship with such agencies.
7. Design and manage construction of simulators in support of merging control systems such as Gen2 and GCS.

Three to ten years of relevant work experience. Strong electrical engineering aptitude. Hands on product design and development experience. Field or Contract engineering experience desirable. This function requires strong verbal and written communication.

Candidate Must Have :
* BSEE
* 3-10 years electrical engineering experience including some microprocessor experience
