Be fully competent to complete design efforts with minimal direction.
Coordinate preparation of design details, plans, and drawings within assigned task areas.
Be responsible for discipline engineering designs.
Help supervise, schedule and check work of project team members.
Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
Be responsible for productivity of subordinates and on time, on budget projects.
