Reporting Analyst - (US-NJ-Berkeley height)

Compensation: $7K - $85K / Year

3-5 Years as an analyst in an operations or financial business function (Insurance industry experience preferred) with a depth of experience conducting detailed analysis projects and presentation of results to senior management. Ability to frame problems and ask pointed questions using a consultative mindset. 2-3 years experience in an operations management role a plus.

Responsibilities:
Monthly reporting of operational performance metrics and variance analysis, as well as the maintenance of data and interfacing with IT for report automation
Creation of additional reports and/or databases as needed
Creation of predictive models related to staffing, time service, and cost
Quality program data analysis and management
Process workflow mapping, diagnosis, and associated analysis
As-needed analysis to support and/or generate strategic improvements and directions

Position Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access (statistical software packages a plus)
Superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated leadership ability
