Provide leadership to the Management Reporting unit. Unit provides financial control and billing support to the Unit Investment Trust, Exchange Traded Funds, and First Trusts departments. Provide management to the unit. Set business strategy and goals. Manage work assignments and resource allocation. Subject matter expert and sole individual contributor for financial control issues. Creates, monitors, and reconciles revenue budgets and expense budgets across the groups. Explain variances and provide recommendations for corrective action. Oversee the management information systems for the unit. Perform in-depth analyses for management, synthesizing multiple sources of information into informative, concise reports. Identify opportunities for automation, efficiencies and process improvement for the unit. Provide recommendations to peer and senior management; implement solutions. Perform ad-hoc requests or analyses as needed by unit management and senior leadership.

Must be able to prioritize standard and ad-hoc requests from multiple managers or peers. Must have a solid understanding of business/services/products. Interacts with all groups in UIT as well as other entities; also has client interaction. Incumbent must have excellent communications skills in order to conduct technical discussions with peers. Must be able to convey urgency and magnitude when illustrating other's mistakes, yet maintain tact and diplomacy. Bachelor's degree. 6 years experience.

Candidate Must Have :
* Good understanding of the billing process as it relates to UIT, ETF and first trusts departments.
