Position can reside in the Northeast, Atlanta, Chicago or Dallas

This is a program manager's role in practice development for middleware.

Experienced program manager who has estimation and staffing skills as well as experience with practice development.

MUST COME FROM CONSULTING (They like brand name organizations like "The Final Four or the other similarly sized firms like Bearingpoint, Accenture or Capgemini.

MUST HAVE MIDDLEWARE EXPERIENCE (Either Websphere or Weblogic is OK)

Experience managing engagements involving Middleware and preferably Content Management Portals.
