Provide graphic design and electronic publishing support for medical device industry product labeling within Technical Communications., Perform design and production tasks as required using established templates., Perform style checks and conversions using established standards and utilities.,Store and retrieve file as needed for electronic databases of shared information and ensuring that content is kept up to date.,Follow standard guidelines and documented procedures for Master branding, technical labeling, and regulatory requirements in the creation of technical documents., Following standard guidelines for naming, organization, storage and transfer of graphic and document files.,Take direction from technical writers, the technical writing manager or other more senior graphic designers.,Conduct quality review of materials and processes., Attend Technical Communication process and team meetings.

This position is in Regulatory Operations, not Technical Communications. Preferred exp: Liquent EZsubs or InSight Publisher, ISI toolbox, Compose, or Core Dossier (regulatory publishing s/w); extensive experience with Word templates, large documentation projects; Documentum databases.
