Numerical algorithms, statistical models, linear algebra, grid computing, and other advanced engineering disciplines come together in the work done by our Quantitative Developers. We're seeking world class technologists to help build the tools and engines used by our world-class quantitative analysts and high frequency researchers.

Candidates should have: 2 or more years of professional experience in automated trading, scientific computing, algorithm development or pattern recognition; a background developing large-scale, real-time and distributed applications; experience in developing high-performance, multi-threaded applications using several different programming languages including Java and C++ and knowledge of scripting languages such as PERL, Python and UNIX shell. Each of our quant developers has at minimum a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or a hard science from a top university, and strong numerical programming skills. An advanced degree in computer science is a plus.
