Crystal 11: Sub-reports, complex formulas, conditional formatting.
Database: Advanced SQL query writing, views/procedures, understand a data model. Ability to work as part of an existing team, under a Lead Report Writer.
Advanced SQL query writing is as important as the Crystal experience.
Nice to have skills would include: CMC, Infoview, and Business View Manager in the Crystal Enterprise/Business Objects world.
