Sharp, crisp, excellent communication skills 
4 year college degree is a requirement 
Your have performed the following: 

• Provide end user support, including, but not limited to, desktop support, email, telephone, and remote access 
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and workstations 
• Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues on workstations 
• User account administration 
• Workstation and server patch and application management 
Required Experience: 
• Minimum of 2 years experience supporting a Windows workstation/server environment 
• Lenovo and HP desktop, laptop, and printer support 
• Blackberry Support 
• Microsoft Office 2003/2007 (expert in Powerpoint and Excel) 
• Avaya Phone Support 
Experience with the following a plus: 
• Active Directory 
• VMWare 
• Mac Knowledge 
• Wiki/Sharepoint 
• Good documentation skills
