· Strong C#, .NET Framework 3.5, .NET Winforms 
· Strong SQL skills (SQL 2005) and database modeling skills 
· OOPS, XML, XSLT 
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills 
· Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, ability to work directly with the business users 
· Thorough understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle methodology 
· Excellent oral and written communication skills 
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment 
· Ability to perform well under stress (trading floor location) 
· 8+ years of working experience as a Developer/Analyst 
· 5+ years of working experience using Microsoft Development tools 
· 4+ years of working experience in C# 
· Background in the Bond Trading Markets from a systems and/or operational standpoint
