Sr Consultant - a development resource who understands Google search environment at Target and who can develop enhancements for it.

Software Engineer/Developer and not a Web Developer who has used SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Candidate must have good knowledge of Java or PHP or Python. 

Building extensions to Google Search and familiarity with Google Search APIs. 

Client is not looking for somebody who can do search engine optimization; they are looking for a developer who can extend/enhance Google Search.
