This role involves various aspects of forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis. This role will have strong visibility and interaction with the senior management team in
The role of Senior Financial Analyst will include the following:
· Budget and Forecast management
· Monthly Financial and headcount reporting
· Monthly variance analysis
· Resource management and capacity planning
· Expense management
· Manage the issuance, aggregation, and analysis of data from multiple systems
Qualifications:
A successful candidate for the Senior Financial Analyst role will need to exhibit the following behaviors and skill sets:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3- 7 years experience in a financial capacity
Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to create financial data models for budgeting and forecasting in Excel
Ability to incorporate financial data into management presentations
Ability to analyze and correlate data from multiple sources
Detail oriented and self directed
Ability to take a task and drive it to completion
Knows when to escalate and drive to on schedule delivery
Business experience
