1. Seven years experience in requirement preparation, system analysis, data analysis and reconciliation, and project implementation 
2. Five years programming experience in Visual Basic and SQL queries. 
3. Five years testing experience (Experience with testing payroll systems and/or file formats strongly desired.) 
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment 
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and as a team member in a fast paced environment. 
MANDATORY EDUCATION: 
BA in MIS, Computer Science, related field from a recognized college or university or equivalent work experience.
