Brief Description: 
· Java/Oracle developer working on the design and development of the global Equity Swaps trading platform; covering trade capture and lifecycle management with decision support. 
· Work on strategic enhancements to deliver new functionality to the business 
· Opportunity to gain expertise on a number of equity derivative platforms and provide input and technical skills impacting various parts of these systems. 

Job Requirements: 
· Strong business analysis skills 
· Strong Java and Oracle development skills 
· Additional development skills in C++ or C# a definite plus 
· At least 5 years development experience in object oriented languages 
· 3+ years of finance required, especially with knowledge in the pricing and structure of equity swaps and derivatives. 
· Ability to work and deliver in a high pressure environment 
· Self starter with excellent communication skills 
· Experience global team player
