5+ years of Visual C# 
Multi-threading 
Real Time systems development

WPF 
SSIS or similar 
Strong communications skills 

Complex Systems design (Real Time, Multi Threading, Generics, etc) 
Ability to articulate complex thought in design meetings and to turn around and code agreed upon design 
The ability to have meaningful JAD sessions – participate with ideas – then – turn around and code the design. 

This is a 6 month minimum with extensions up to 24 months 



The effort is to develop, from scratch, for a municipal agency an application that takes as input images (be they faces or other data, like a vehicle’s VIN #) from cameras in Manhattan and correlates this information with an existing database of information 

Tool set used to develop the application is SQL server database and Visual Studio 

C# & .NET programming skills are CRITICAL 

Heavy coding effort to develop the application as well as the integrations into various data sources and other applications
