CRM/BPM Business Consultants - (US-Anywhere in the USA)

“Business consultants” from a CRM or BPM type practice who don’t have to be an expert with any tools or technology implementations per se. Experience with assessments, executive coaching, strategy type work. The key thing to look for is someone out of Big Four or another large management firm or even a firm w/ a big offshore presence that can acclimate to a new culture. 

10-15 years of experience- Manager/Senior Manager level. I sense more of a preference for managers (less expensive)
