Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience. Superior oral communications skills on the telephone. Good written communication skills. Problem solving ability. Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and data bases. 

Solid decision making skills 
Ability to rely on computer resources that enables oneself to work independently 
Ability to work various hours including holidays and weekends

Training Schedule will be 7/28/10 through 8/3/10 from 7:30am to 3:45pm. 
Dress Jeans daily with Business Casual on specified days
