· Become an expert-level user of the system 

· Day-to-day support of the trading desk users 

· Train users on the functionality of the system 

· Assist with and coordinate issues resolution 

· Categorize and prioritize trader functionality requests and bug fixes 

· Write business requirements for feature requests 

· Work with the development team and QA teams on implementation of the features 





Skills required: 



· 3-5 years of fixed income experience 

· Understanding of fixed income pricing and risk 

· Understanding of MBS/CMBS/ABS products 

· Working knowledge of MBS/CMBS/ABS pricing and risk is a big plus 

· Credit derivatives experience is a plus 



· Excellent communication skills (oral and written) 

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills 

· Self motivated 

· Ability to work under pressure and to deadline
