• Should have strong experience in Identity and Access Management and SSO 
• Good experience in working with various Directory Servers implementation and Migration related projects 
• Experience with Novell IAM suite of products 
• Exposure to performance testing and tuning 
• Should be an independent performer, need to work NLG employees for the implementation. 
• Architect the Identity and Access Management Solution 


Must Have Skills: 
• Aveksa 
• Novell Access Manager 
• Novell Identity Manager 
• Access Governance, SSO, Identity and Access Management background 

Desired Skills: 
• SSO integration experience with Business Objects, Ektron, Onbase
