Job Roles / Responsibilities: 
• Hands-on development using Sun IDM 
• Coordinate & perform all activities at onsite, including: 
o Requirements gathering 
o Design 
o Coding 
o Status reporting 
o Change management 
o Weekly status calls 

• Manage offshore team in day-to-day project activities
