Compensation: $110K - $125K / Year

Desired Characteristics and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have experience and can demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

 A proven ability to uncover, develop, and close revenue opportunities.

 A hands‐on management approach that engages change and creative problem solving

 The ability to meet challenging and strict time frames in customer environments with zero tolerance

for failure

 A commitment to continuous improvement in an ever‐changing industry

 Knowledge of the energy and commodity trading industry and typical business processes

 Superior executive level communication and demonstration skill sets

 Excellent customer communications and relationship proficiency

 Ability to present in the following areas are a plus:

o Lead meetings, demonstrations and respond quickly to questions

o Effectively and clearly communicate Triple Point functionality, processes and company positions

o Project Management skill sets and process architecture skill sets

Qualifications/Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree or higher

 Minimum of 3 years of account management, sales, or consulting (project management) experience

 Background in one or all: Project, Resource, and Portfolio Management

 Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue or sales targets

 Demonstrated leadership capabilities

 Demonstrated ability to be a self‐starter and willingness to learn new things

 Demonstrated strengths in quantitative analysis, and an ability to think creatively to achieve

solutions

 Demonstrated skills in adapting, multi‐tasking and troubleshooting

 Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

 Demonstrated ability to work as a team player or as part of a project team

 Strong computer skills required, and demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with,

web‐based applications

 May require off hours or weekend work

 Willing to travel quarterly to visit each account (approximately 30%‐45%)
