Manage Testing project teams comprised of clients, internal staff and/or outside contractors. Work closely with business, product, operations and technology organizations to ensure that the project objectives are met in the planned timeframe and budget. 

Support business development efforts by: 
Participating in sales calls and presenting Testing Services capabilities 
Strategic Evaluation of new Testing Services opportunities 
Ensure the effectiveness of proposal efforts and collaboration with offshore counterparts 
Engaging with and bringing-in the appropriate offshore team members 
Manage resource allocations through coordination with the Testing Services resource management function and account management teams. 
Commit to the success of recruiting efforts. 
Build and manage relationships with sales teams, vertical and horizontal unit leaders and offshore business unit leads. 
Conduct and/or participate in regular onsite delivery assurance sessions. 
Provide direct management and leadership to testing resources; conduct annual reviews for direct reports. 
Actively engage with project teams to foster the greater testing community. 
Participate in industry events and other market-facing activities 

Experience 
Consulting experience in a leadership capacity at a large consulting firm. 

Experience Test Automation required 

Experience with project management, guidelines and structured methodologies. Skills should include client management, project scope management, financial services applications, web technology and/or back-office implementations, along with well-organized, excellent written and verbal communications. 

Demonstrated ability to deliver under a tight deadline in a distributed team environment. 
Decisive action-oriented individual who learns quickly, works independently, and takes ownership of open issues. 
Hand-on experience with at least one of the following categories of tools: 
Test Management 
Test Automation 
Performance Testing 
Defect Management 
Prior experience working in an onsite/offshore model 
Strong test methodology and test estimation skills 
Excellent written and verbal communications skills 

Experience: 12 + years. 

An undergraduate degree in computer science, computer engineering, physical sciences or electrical engineering is required. PMI Certification desirable.
