Compensation: $75K - $80K / Year

Minimum 3-5 years accounting experience in similar role; 
Excellent analytical skills; 
Experience with Sales and Use tax return preparation; 
Previous experience in a public firm or consulting environment; 
Previous experience in Real Estate industries preferred; 
Experience with ACCPAC or similar software and advanced Excel a must; 
Experience with report-writing software 
Experience with ADP payroll software systems 
BA/BS in Accounting; advanced education and/or professional designations a plus
