Expert at OOAD 
Expert at ASP.Net 
Good Knowledge of Design Patterns 
Good Knowledge of .NET 3.5 and 4.0 Frameworks Good Knowledge of presentation layer development in ASP.Net or Silverlight Strong background in Sql Server development 
Financial experience is not mandatory but a plus. 

Position 2 

5+ years hands-on experience in ASP.Net and SharePoint development 
Expert at OOAD 
Strong at ASP.Net 
Strong at SharePoint 2007 and up. (Mandatory 2+ years hard-core 
development) 
Good Knowledge of Design Patterns 
Good Knowledge of .NET 3.5 and 4.0 Frameworks Good Knowledge of presentation layer development in ASP.Net or Silverlight Strong background in Sql Server development
