Must Have Skills: 
1. In depth knowledge of SharePoint 2007 
2. Should know following technologies Asp.net ,C# ,HTML ,CSS ,JavaScript, XML, XSLT , Silverlight, JQuery 

Desired Skills: 
1. 10+ years of experience with 2-3 years as Solution Architect. 
2. Good communication and Customer interfacing experience is must 
3. Should able to draw solution on given problem statement with 2-3 feasible approaches 
4. In depth knowledge of SharePoint 2007 
5. Should know following technologies Asp.net ,C# ,HTML ,CSS ,JavaScript, XML, XSLT , Silverlight, JQuery 
6. Windows Communication Foundation, Windows Workflow Foundation. 
7. Understanding on SOA,REST, RIA Web services 
8. Understanding of Design patterns, Application block will be added advantage 
9. SharePoint 2010 should be added advantage
