- Coach teams on use of the Incident and Change processes 
- Monitor and audit change process to ensure it is being followed 
- Collaborate with process manager team 
- Assist with User Admin tasks globally 
- Compile Incident and Performance Metrics and prepare reports 
- Document team processes 
- Handle CAB Variance 
- Report on CAB Variance and CAB Metrics 
- Monitor process operations queue 
- Resolve process related incidents and fulfill requests 
- Review and close changes 
- Perform Change Manager implementation approval tasks 

Skills 
· ITIL V3 Foundations Certification 
· ITIL V3 Practitioner: Operational Support and Analysis OR ITIL V3 Practitioner: Release, Control, and Validation certification 
· Capability to work as part of a global team effectively via phone and web conferences 
· Customer service skills 
· Strong Excel skills 
· Capable to follow written instructions 
· Analytic skills 
· Documentation 
· ITIL change experience 
· Business Objects reporting skills 
Crystal Enterprise Reporting experience 
Good people communications 
· Remedy ITSM experience
