A large international consulting and software company is trying to hire Project Managers to assist clients with their strategic initiatives. The Project Manager will manage the implementation and deployment of an industry based software solution, make decisions that will affect deployments, and manage the client relationship. The Project Manager must have the ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical milestones, experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities, the ability to understand technical subjects and emerging trends with relevance to the Insurance or Reinsurance marketplace 

Essential Skills 
Business Knowledge 
• Experience in project management with at least one complete implementation project – in the role of project manager 
• PMP, knowledge of PMBOK processes and procedures preferred 
• Experience with primary insurance/reinsurance business processes 
• Ability to work in cross-functional team environments where strong interpersonal communication skills are essential 
• Consulting skills and mindset (advisory role, transfer of knowledge, etc.) 

IT Knowledge 
• Knowledge of the SAP environment – configuration and ASAP preferred 
• Expertise in SAP modules: (FS-RI, FS-CD, GL, FI) desired 
• Ability to reflect business knowledge in IT processes and solutions 

Requirements 
• Proven Project Management experience – 5 years experience as Project Manager, with at least two full project life cycles required. 
• Willing to travel up to 80% 
• A Bachelors or Masters degree – or equivalent 
• Insurance or Reinsurance experience is strongly desired. 
• SAP project management experience is strongly desired.
