Client will take people in the Northeastern US and do flyin/flyout 

This is a summary of what they are looking for: 

10+ years of progressive experience in IT 
Must have consulting experience 

· 5+ years with "hands-on" experience working in a BA / Developer / Architect role (before becoming PM) 
· 3+ years of project management experience in a global delivery model working with offshore teams 
· Most of the working experience gained in custom development of business applications (or) implementing software products (or) system integration for large clients. Infrastructure, Hardware, Networking, related project experience is NOT wanted. Applications experience is. 
· PMP certification is required. Agile Scrum certification and/or experience desired (they pay up to $140K plus bonus for people with certifications) 
· Working experience for clients in the Insurance, Healthcare, Banking and Financial Services industries is required.
