Database/Application Developer (BI/DW) - (US-NY-New York)

Compensation: $90K - $95K / Year

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience. 

Required Exp: Qualified candidates will have the following experience: 
• 3+ years designing, modeling, and developing Enterprise Data Warehouse 
• 3+ years working with designing advanced process flows (ETL) with Microsoft Integration Services SSIS 
• 3+ years working with SQL Server Reporting Services and Analysis Services Cube design for Excel pivot table data access. 
• 3+ years with SQL Server development (proficiency with T-SQL, writing stored procedures, performance tuning including tuning complex queries) 
• 3+ years developing on .Net Framework, Visual Studio 2005/2008 using C#/vb.net/ASP.net 
• 3+ years Crystal Reports XI experience 


Desired Exp: The following experience is highly desirable: 

• Financial services industry experience (RiskMetrics experience is a plus) 
• Sharepoint 2007 experience is a plus 
• Excel pivot table and vba macro programming experience 
• Experience with Team Foundation Server 2008/2010 
Other Skills: Qualified candidates will have the following additional skills: 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Experience working on a development team and the ability to proactively recognize and raise quality issues and suggest appropriate resolutions
