Trust Lifecycle Operations 

Serves as the operations business lead for major systems and operational projects.. 

Recruits, selects, and trains employees 

Oversees the team that manages trust, tax and portfolio accounting functions 



Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree; MBA and/or CPA preferred 
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in a financial services organization managing trust accounting and operations; Specific knowledge of trust accounting, tax accounting and portfolio accounting 
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, building strong organizations, and developing best practices. Able to lead in a growth and transformational environment 
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills 
Strong orientation towards operational efficiency, productivity, controls, compliance, and process improvement 
Responsible for directing the trust lifecycle, accounting and operational processing functions of the gift administration department in accordance with GAAP of the business. The Director will be an experienced leader with operations and financial accounting experience and bring a perspective that includes financial controls and accountability, operational efficiency, and process. Oversee key relationships with custodians and other financial partners, provides technical and operational oversight to tax, trust and portfolio accounting functions. Act as a business leader for major systems and operational projects and initiatives.
