Work closely with industry process experts to assess existing applications, infrastructure, and BPO accounts and identify opportunities for BPaaS solutions.

Lead cross-functional teams to architect comprehensive technology-enabled business solutions that leverage the full scope of services from the firm and its partners. Lead opportunity teams through the solution development and sales process. Create solution plans, cost and ROI models and written proposals. Drive identified business process solution opportunities to closure by architecting effective, relevant, innovative business solutions that employ the firm’s capabilities from across the firm. Establish and maintain an opportunity pipeline to meet an annual business development target.

Demonstrate thought leadership in business process solutions. This will require broad general knowledge of applications environments, IT infrastructure, BPO, cloud-enabled service delivery, innovative commercial models, etc.

Experience in selling or sales support to global enterprise accounts (includes successful communications to the most senior levels of the organization).
• Experience in a client facing role in the IT professional services offshore/outsourcing industry
• Practical experience in the business process outsourcing field (sales, delivery, marketing, etc.). Additional rich background in technology outsourcing solutions is highly preferred.
• Literacy and experience in participating in and leading aspects of complex multi-year services engagements (applications, infrastructure, BPO).
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems and play a leading role in developing and executing client solutions that allow you to become a “trusted advisor” and build strong client relationships
• Deep understanding of a global delivery system highly desirable.
• Executive level presence and influence with client organizations.
• International/Global experience and perspective.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multiple or large and distributed teams specifically Account and Project Managers to achieve client goals as well as contribute to new business development effort
• Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and consulting skills and the ability to interact with peers, subordinates and clients at all levels
• Exceptional relationship building skills and currently networked into the relevant business communities.
• Highly self-motivated, individually driven, self-discipline, organized, and focused.
• Excellent negotiation, mediation, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty.
• Excellent public speaking capabilities. Able to tell a complex story in a way that is compelling and engaging.
• Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused, changing environment and work independently, and be self-directed
• Experience working in a virtual home-office environment highly preferred.
