MUST HAVE COMMODITY TRADING EXPERIENCE 
• Minimum 5+ years demonstrated hands-on experience contributing to the design and developing of technology solutions in-line with business operational requirements and needs. 
• BA or BS and related financial industry work experience in the area of risk management, Credit, VaR and PFE. 
• Self starter with strong sense of ownership 
• Quick learner 
• Experience with full SDLC and related activities 
• Excellent data analysis skills 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Ability to translate and communicate business ideas and concepts clearly and effectively 
• Excellent team player 
• Excellent organizational skills 

Skills and experience: 
• Microsoft Office 2007+ (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) 
• Organization and coordination 
• Research 
• Business requirements gathering and documentation 
• Use-Cases 
• Testing, Quality Assurance, end-user Training 
• Data gathering and analysis 

• Strong Pluses: 
- SQL, VBA 
- Project Management (Microsoft Project) 
- Data warehousing
