The High Touch Trading Group is looking for a Senior Developer to work closely with project mangers, and business analyst, to develop, enhance an internal development and management of frameworks and components to streamline current and future integration efforts. 
Job Responsibilities: 
• Participate in projects for interaction with cross platform applications within the bank. Working closely with other technology teams 
• Communicate with business analysts and QA teams to identify business requirements and testing scenarios 
• Help mentor junior team members and act as senior developer in projects 
Qualifications: 
• Excellent analytical and system integration skills 
• Strong knowledge of Java, distributed technology and object orientated development 
• Knowledge of real time Equity trading systems and technology, or similar real-time technologies 
• Knowledge and working experience with message queues (e. MQ), databases, LINUX 
• Strong focus on code quality, documentation and testing 
• Extensive experience developing, maintaining, and deploying enterprise quality frameworks and tools 
• Good written and verbal communication skills. 
• Willingness to own issues and chase them through to completion, communicating effectively and in a timely manner. 
• Expert knowledge of vendor development products and open source initiatives and tools 
• Understanding of Equity flow and market 
• 7+ years experience
