Qualifications: 
 >12 years experience in IT services with progressively increasing responsibilities 
 At least 4 years of experience in enterprise wide project management roles 
 Expertise in managing scope, timescales, budget, and quality metrics as well as assisting customers to achieve the expected return on investment. 
 Team leadership experience, including direct and indirect management of team members. 
 Exposure to the onsite-offshore delivery model is mandatory 
 Specialization in an industry vertical or a number of verticals by understanding customer strategies, processes, vocabulary and trends. 
Technical: 
 Expertise of project methodologies (SDLC, RUP, Agile, and Scrum) and capability to communicate and adapt its policies and procedures. 
 Expertise in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process based applications.
