Senior-level SQL Database Developer who will work on new development for our corporate eBook initiative. The Order Reconciliation Application is a mission critical system that will reconcile all orders to ensure all purchases were processed successfully. 


Key Job Responsibilities 
• Database Developer 
• Strong T-SQL Programming skills 
• Strong database design & development skills 
• ER diagrams 
• Logical and physical database design 
• Development of stored procedures and triggers 
• Create SQL jobs 
• Support application testing, ensuring proper database operation 
• Documentation 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications 
• Five years professional experience using SQL Server (2000/2005/2008/R2) 
• Cooperative and enthusiastic team player with excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Experience writing SQL stored procedures and triggers 
• Experience with XML 
• Good Working knowledge of SQL 
• Experience in stored procedure performance tuning 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent experience 
• Experience working with SSIS, DTS, and ETL processes 
• Experience in application development a plus (web dev and/or client/server) 
• Familiarity with networking concepts and SQL Clustering a plus
