We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer who has direct Experience working in a dynamic eCommerce web development environment.​ You should be a self starter with experience using and establishing a Test Automation process including tools & methodology.​ We are interested in defining & implementing an in-house solution encompassing home grown and/or open source tools.​ The role is designed for an individual contributor that will also interact with the QA Team and Development resources to establish and maintain our Test Automation environment.​ 

Responsibilities: 

* Experience developing & maintaining automated tests using commercial or open source test automation tools (QTP, Winrunner, Selenium, WebDriver). 
* Experience in reviewing product specifications and developing automated regression tests based on product requirements 
* Knowledge of software development, configuration management, release processes. 
* Thorough understanding and knowledge of Open Source development platform (LAMP – Linux, Apache, MySQL, Perl). 
* Thorough understanding of QA/​QA Processes & SDLC. 
* Thorough understanding and knowledge of Web Technologies/​protocols (CSS, JSON, AJAX, SOAP, JavaScript, Flash, HTTP, SSL). 
* Proficient in SQL (MySQL/​Oracle), Unix/​Linux & scripting languages (Perl, Python). 
* Experience testing API's. 
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
* Self starter with the ability to deliver on projects with minimal supervision. 

Qualifications: 

* Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field/​experience. 
* 5 years of hands on experience as a Software QA/​Test Engineer in a large-scale multi layer eCommerce website. 
* 3 years of hands on experience as Test Automation Engineer working with Selenium, QTP, Winrunner.
