Compensation: $65K - $250K / Year

Direct implementation experience in all major modules of CRD application suite, including the compliance, trading workflow and other core OMS modules 

· Experience in new implementation, conversion and upgrades as it relates to CRD that includes: 

a. Designing and configuration of workflows for traders, portfolio managers and operations 

b. Defining and testing pre trade and batch compliance rules 

c. Defining strategy to deliver real time trades to downstream systems 

d. Knowledge on XML Messaging, FIX Connection set or Load balance set up 

e. Strong understanding of importing and exporting data in and out of the Charles River application including knowledge of XML 

f. Integrating custom reports with Charles River 

g. Function as System administrator defining configuration of users, user groups, portfolio ownerships, user privileges and all other activities related to day to day functioning of the system 

· Experience with version 8x or later is preferred 

· Implementation and consulting experience in traditional and/or alternative investments firms 

· Good understanding of various investment products in investment management operations that includes Equity, ETF, Fixed Income and Derivatives 

· Maintain deep understanding of CRD’s functionality and technical architecture 

· Extensive knowledge in creating test cases and perform integration and user acceptance testing 

· Conducted class room training for the users that include customization and designing of training material 




Your client responsibilities; (part of description) 

· Demonstrate ability to capture client requirements, identify gaps and propose/conceive workaround solutions as it related to CRD 

· Demonstrate ability to translate business logic into technical specifications with full understanding of Software development cycle 

· Provides technical and team leadership 

· Overall technical /development responsibility in a project for a design and development the solution 

· Interface and communicate with the business users to understand requirements, formulate solution and gain acceptance 

· Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators 

· Regular status reporting to the Project Manager and onsite coordinators 

· Interface with the customer representatives as and when required 

· Willing to travel to the customer’s locations on need basis within India and outside India 




You will need to have:(Core Competencies) 

· Mandatory skills: CRD, Good business communication skills. 

· Prior Client facing experience. 

· Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
