Microsoft Solutions Architect (CRM Administrator) is responsible for delivering highly-customized agile RIA, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and other related solutions and projects to WFCF business users. Their duties are carried out by working with one or more Business Sponsors, Project Managers, Technical Architects, Business Users to understand the end-users needs, design and configure the relevant solution to meet those needs. The MS Solution Architect documents business and technical requirements, oversees required software installation and configuration, designs and implements business solutions, executes data migration strategies, works with developers to communicate requirements, plans and implement QA work, creates training and support materials. 

Basic Qualifications 
5+ years experience in technology delivery and relationship management with a client organization. 

Minimum Qualifications 
Demonstrated relationship management ability with a medium-sized business unit or multiple, large internal technology groups.

- MS Solutions Architect will have strong technical knowledge and excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
- Hands-on experience configuring and implementing core supported applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint) and, ideally, with the following: Scribe, SQL Server 2005/2008, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), JavaScript, .NET et al. 
- 5+ years of experience with the above technologies, Business Analysis and end-user training and support. 

Preferred Skills 
Advanced skills with: 
- Installation and configuration of various platforms and business CRM, EPM and ECM solutions. 
- Designing and developing custom workflows to support and enhance critical business processes. 
- Scripting (writing JavaScript and other client side code). 
- Reporting and BI (using SSRS, SSIS and/or other analytical and reporting tools). 
- Scribe, BizTalk or SSIS (to perform data migration and systems integration work). 
- Development (while this position is not for a developer, development skills can be very helpful).
