Compliance Specialist--Commodities - (US-NC-Charlotte)

8+ years compliance or equivalent experience supporting a commodity products business. 
Experience or expertise in allied fields, such as legal, finance, operations or audit, relating to commodities, will be considered. 
Strong communication (both written and oral) and presentation skills. 
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
Ability to work in an evolving environment. 
Strong attention to detail while cognizant of macro-level impacts across Wholesale. 

Ability to demonstrate flexibility, sound judgment, problem solving and analytical capabilities. 

Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule given the needs of the business and possess excellent interpersonal and professional skills. 

Preferred Skills 
Specific knowledge around Exchange limits; trading in physical/financial commodities (incl, nat gas/nat gas liquids, agricultural commodities, power); monitoring/surveillance of physical/financial trading; CFTC, FERC, NERC, ISO rules/regulations. 
Hold Series 3 license or obtain within 6 months of employment. 
Prior management/supervisory experience.
