• 5+ years IT experience, working on production enterprise web applications 
• 2-5 years demonstrated proficiency administering Linux (Red Hat 4.0/5.0) AND Windows (2003/2008) based operating systems 
• 2-5 years experience with Apache and Weblogic 
• Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g. TCPIP), LDAP and Active Directory 
• Knowledge of single sign on infrastructure 
• Proficient in performance tuning web applications and servers 

Preferred Skills 
• Knowledge of administering source control systems (Subversion, PVCS, SourceSafe, etc) 
• Adept at Microsoft Office Applications 
• Expertise with Adobe Day CRX and CQ technologies; expertise with Microsoft Sharepoint preferred 
• Experience developing and supporting internationalized Web sites and applications from an engineering perspective. 

The purpose of this role is to act as the Engineer/Technical Lead/SME for web based applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for both supporting the creation of and improving existing web based applications.
